Urmează de a reține impozit pe venit la sursa de plată din sumele achitate în folosul nerezidentului pentru servicii de instruire, efectuate în Lituania cu salariații entității rezidentului, privind utilizarea mașinilor sanitare achiziționate de către rezident?
În conformitate cu prevederile art. 70 alin. (2) lit. a) din CF, la determinarea venitului impozabil al nerezidenților se va ține cont numai de venitul obținut în Republica Moldova. Concomitent, potrivit prevederilor pct. 19 din Regulamentul privind reținerea impozitului pe venit la sursa de plată din alte plăți decît salariul (Anexa nr. 3), aprobat prin HG nr. 77 din 30.01 2008, venitul nerezidentului se consideră obținut pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova doar în cazul în care acesta este legat de activitatea de întreprinzător desfăşurată pe teritoriul repu...
