29.2.9.20 Care este modalitatea de ținere a evidenței vânzărilor și procurărilor de către persoanele care desfășoară activitate independentă, începând cu 1 iulie 2023?
Începând cu 1 iulie 2023, persoanele care desfășoară activitate independentă vor avea doar următoarele obligații:
- să păstreze documentele de proveniență pentru bunurile comercializate în termen de 1 an din momentul procurării bunurilor;
- să înregistreze în Registrul elaborat de Serviciul Fiscal de Stat procurările efectuate de la persoanele fizice și să asigure păstrarea acestuia în termen de 1 an;
- să utilizeze echipamentul de casă şi de control conectat la Sistemul informaţional automatizat "Monitorizarea electronică a vânzărilor" pentru documentarea comercializării bunurilor.
Totodată, de menționat faptul, că prin Legea nr.356/2022 sunt operate modificări și la Legea nr.93/1998, potrivit cărora deținătorii de patente în vederea continuității desfășurării activității comerciale, începând cu 1 iulie 2023 au posibilitatea de a trece la un regim fiscal simplificat – activitatea independentă.
