11.1.1 Cum se aplică impozitul pe avere?
Impozitul pe avere se aplică asupra averii contribuabilului sub formă de bunuri imobiliare cu destinație locativă şi case de vacanță (cu excepția terenurilor), în cazul în care acestea satisfac condițiile specificate în Titlul VI/1. Nu se aplică impozitul pe avere în cazul bunurilor imobiliare neevaluate în scopul impozitării de către organele cadastrale.
