6.2.6.6 Cum se completează formularul dării de seamă pe taxele locale în partea ce ține de taxa pentru amenajarea teritoriului?
Formularul dării de seamă pe taxele locale în partea ce ține de taxa pentru amenajarea teritoriului (Forma TL13) se completează conform Instrucțiunii privind modul de întocmire şi prezentare a acesteia, aprobate prin Ordinul IFPS nr.1603 din 20 decembrie 2012 ”Privind aprobarea formularelor tipizate ale Dării de seamă pe taxele locale (Forma TL 13) și a instrucțiunii privind modul de întocmire și prezentare a acesteia”.
Formularul dării de seamă fiscale unificate (Declarație) (Forma UNIF21) se completează conform anexei nr. 2 la Ordinul SFS nr. 370 din 24.07.2020 ,,Modul de completare a Dării de seamă fiscale unificate (Forma UNIF21)”.
