29.2.9.21 Vor fi oare în drept persoanele fizice ce desfășoară activități independente să utilizeze după 1 iulie 2023 echipamentul de casă și control (ECC)?
Prin Legea nr. 356/2022 pentru modificarea unor acte normative, au fost efectuate modificări la art.698 alin.(3) din Codul fiscal, potrivit cărora începând cu 1 iulie 2023, persoanele care desfășoară activitate independentă în vederea documentării comercializării bunurilor sunt obligați să utilizeze în cadrul desfășurării activității sale doar echipamentul de casă şi de control conectat la Sistemul informaţional automatizat "Monitorizarea electronică a vânzărilor" (SIA MEV).
