6.1.15 În cazul în care, în perioada semestrului de gestiune se abrogă/anulează scutirile de plată a taxelor locale, care este modul de calculare a acestor taxe de către subiecții impunerii?
Dacă în perioada semestrului de gestiune scutirile de plată a taxelor locale se abrogă/anulează, taxa ce urmează a fi achitată se va calcula proporțional numărului de zile, aferent cărora apare obligația de achitare (1/2 din cota taxei anuale se împarte la numărul de zile calendaristice ale semestrului gestionar, iar rezultatul se înmulțește la numărul de zile aferent cărora scutirea de plată a taxei nu a fost aplicată).
