Cu privire la reexaminarea pensiilor urmare a declarării contribuțiilor suplimentare
În rezultatul unui control al Serviciului Fiscal de Stat, pentru o parte din angajații întreprinderii au fost recalculate sumele fondului de retribuire a muncii şi alte recompense. Respectiv, sumele recalculate suplimentar la cele declarate inițial de către entitate au fost reflectate prin intermediul tabelului nr. 2 din Declarația IPC 21. Unele dintre persoanele cărora le-a fost modificat fondul de salariu sunt deja beneficiari de pensie. Se vor lua în calcul la recalcularea pensiei aceste sume?...
