Cu privire la unele modificări în declarația TBDSA15
Prin Legea nr.212 din 20.07.2023 pentru modificarea unor acte normative (ce vizează politica bugetar-fiscală), în vigoare din 01.01.2024, a fost modificată redacția art.1251 din CF, ce se referă la impozitarea stocului de mărfuri supuse accizelor. Astfel, în art.1251 alin.(1) din CF a fost introdusă poziția tarifară (2404), care stabilește că subiecţii care importă, produc sau comercializează cu ridicata mărfuri supuse accizelor efectuează inventarierea stocului de mărfuri supuse accizelor (poziţiile tarifare 220300, 2205, 220...
