Deducerea TVA vs factura fiscală eliberată cu întârziere din cauza unei defecțiuni tehnice a SI SFS
Are dreptul cumpărătorul la deducerea TVA (obiect al tranzacției fiind produsele petroliere) în luna în care fost primită factura fiscală de la furnizor, dacă ea a fost eliberată după data de 10 a lunii următoare celei în care a avut loc livrarea documentată, din cauza unei defecțiuni tehnice a SI SFS?
