(10.2.18) Poate fi desfășurată activitatea 2.50 ”Servicii de cazare și masă prestate de proprietarii caselor rurale”, în baza patentei de întreprinzător, prin intermediul mai multor case rurale?

(10.1.44) Poate persoana fizică să presteze servicii cu caracter tradițional/popular/artizanal în baza patentei de întreprinzător?

(10.1.43) Sunt în drept persoanele fizice să presteze servicii de ghidaj turistic în baza patentei de întreprinzător?

(10.2.4) Pentru desfăşurarea căror genuri de activitate în baza patentei de întreprinzător, la cererea de eliberare a patentei este necesar de a anexa copia de pe diplomă sau de pe alt act privind studiile ce confirmă nivelul de calificare necesar desfășurării genului de activitate respectiv?
