IFS teritoriale Direcţia marilor contribuabili Inspectoratul Fiscal Principal de Stat, pentru informare şi călăuză în activitate, relatează despre modificările şi completările realizate prin Legea nr. 48 din 26.03.2011 (publicată în Monitorul Oficial al RM din 04 aprilie 2011) „Pentru modificarea şi completarea unor acte legislative”. Astfel, reieşind din aceste modificări, începînd cu 04 aprilie 2011, în tot textul Titlului VII „Taxele locale” al Codului fiscal, noţiunile de „cotă maximă” şi „cotă concretă” au fost substituite cu cuvîntul...
