AAPL vor crea infrastructura pentru pietoni și bicicliști

Pentru lucrările de reabilitare a drumurilor de interes raional sau municipal va fi proiectată și reparația sau construcția trotuarelor și a pistelor pentru bicicliști, clar separate fizic atât una de alta, cât și de carosabil.
 
Planificarea și construirea infrastructurii pentru pietoni și bicicliști în cadrul proiectelor de reabilitate a drumurilor de interes raional sau municipal poate deveni obligația autorităților publice locale. Comisia parlamentară administrație publică a dat aviz pozitiv proiectului de lege privind modificarea Legii drumurilor nr.509/1995.

 

Astfel, pistele pentru bicicliști vor fi separate de trotuarele destinate pietonilor, dar și de partea carosabilă. Implementarea acestui mecanism se va face într-un mod etapizat, Ținând cont de constrângerile financiare pe care le întâmpină AAPL, implementarea prevederilor proiectului se propune a fi etapizată și nu se va aplica în cazul lucrărilor de mentenanță a drumurilor.

 

Potrivit autorilor proiectului, introducerea acestui mecanism nu va genera costuri semnificative, dar adresează asemenea probleme cum ar fi siguranța în trafic a pietonilor și a bicicliștilor, problemele de mediu și problemele de urbanism.

Proiectul urmează să fie supus dezbaterilor în cadrul ședinței plenare a Legislativului.
