ANSA. Planul controalelor pentru anul 2022

Pe parcursul anului 2022 Agenția Națională pentru Securitatea Alimentelor va desfășura 9058 verificări, conform Planului controalelor de stat pentru anul 2022, aprobat de autoritate prin Ordinul nr. 435 din 19 noiembrie 2021.
 
Astfel, ANSA va desfășura controalele pe domeniile de activitate:
  • siguranța și calitatea alimentelor – 6218 controale;
  • fitosanitar – 293 controale;
  • sanitar-veterinar si zootehnie/subdomeniul sănătăţii și bunăstării animalelor – 830 controale;
  • sanitar-veterinar si zootehnie/subdomeniul furajelor – 271 controale;
  • sanitar-veterinar si zootehnie/subdomeniul activității farmaceutice veterinare și asistenței medicale veterinare – 316 controale;
  • fitosanitar și protecția plantelor/ subdomeniul protecției plantelor și managementului produselor de uz fitosanitar și fertilizanților/ categoria plante și produse vegetale – 412 controale;
  • fitosanitar și protecția plantelor/ subdomeniul protecției plantelor și managementului produselor de uz fitosanitar și fertilizanților / categoria managementului produselor de uz fitosanitar și fertilizanților – 593 controale;
  • producerea și circulația vinului și a produselor alcoolice – 125 controale.
 
Planul controalelor pentru anul 2022 a fost elaborat în conformitate cu art.15 din Legea nr. 131/2012 privind controlul de stat asupra activității de întreprinzător, pct.3 al căruia prevede că, până la finele anului de gestiune, organul de control aprobă planul controalelor pentru anul următor şi îl publică pe pagina sa electronică și în Registrul de stat al controalelor. Planul se aprobă prin decizia organului de control și stabilește un număr exact de controale planificate asupra unui număr prestabilit de persoane pe parcursul unui an calendaristic.
 
Notă: Potrivit raportului ANSA privind controalele efectuate pe parcursul trimestrului III al anului curent, în această perioadă au fost efectuate 2433 verificări planificate și 462 inopinate. În cadrul acestora au fost întocmite 472 de procese verbale cu privire la contravenție și au fost întocmite 101 planuri de remediere, precum și aplicate sancțiuni în sumă de peste 1 mil. lei.
