CSE a aprobat o nouă Dispoziție

În ședința din 31 mai 2022 Comisia pentru Situații Excepționale a dispus examinarea și aprobarea de către Agenția Națională pentru Reglementare în Energetică a tarifului pentru furnizarea gazelor naturale de către  S.A. „Moldovagaz”, care este aplicat începând cu ziua de astăzi, 1 iunie.
 
Prin Dispoziția nr.24 membrii CSE au aprobat și noi măsuri de promovare a exportului de produse agricole perisabile de origine din Republica Moldova. În acest sens, Serviciul Vamal împreună cu Agenția Națională pentru Siguranța Alimentelor (ANSA) urmează să elaboreze și să aprobe procedura de realizare a exportului acestor produse prin culoare verzi, instituite la posturile vamale de frontieră.

 

Totodată, în document este prevăzută procedura de introducere de către agenții economici din regiunile de est ale țării a mărfurilor incluse în Registrul de omologare a produselor de uz fitosanitar și a fertilizanților al Republicii Moldova. Astfel, comercianții urmează să prezinte la Posturile de Inspecție la frontieră ale ANSA o declarație, modelul căreia este anexat la Dispoziție.

 

De asemenea, CSE a extins până la 30 iunie 2022 termenul de valabilitate a Autorizației de mediu privind gestionarea deşeurilor și a Autorizației de emisie a poluanților în atmosferă de la surse fixe, eliberată pentru SATD „Uzina Metalurgică Moldovenească”.
