Extinderea perioadei de prezentare a rapoartelor nu va depăși 20 de zile lucrătoare

Parlamentul a aprobat în prima lectură proiectul de lege ce prevede prelungirea termenului de depunere a declarațiilor și dărilor de seamă  fiscale și a termenului de stingere a obligațiilor de achitare a impozitelor, taxelor și altor plăți obligatorii în cazul în care conducătorul întreprinderii sau o altă persoană împuternicită din cadrul întreprinderilor micro la data-limită de depunere a declarațiilor și dărilor de seamă se află în concediu medical în legătură cu tratamentul COVID-19.
 

Termenul maxim de extindere nu va depăși 20 de zile lucrătoare de la data încetării concediului medical, iar exercitarea dreptului se va efectua în baza cererii depuse la Serviciul Fiscal de Stat.

 

Potrivit autorului proiectului, problema ce ține de neonorarea la timp a obligațiilor fiscale din cauza aflării persoanelor responsabile în concediu medical  a fost semnalată și în cadrul unei petiții publice semnate de circa 300 de persoane, inlusiv contabili și administratori de întreprinderi.

 

Aceasta este formula pe care o propunem acum, la prima lectură. Au mai venit anumite sugestii și de Serviciul Fiscal de Stat, care a propus ca acest drept să fie extins pentru toți contribuabilii. Ulterior, pentru lectura a doua, vom propune ca această posibilitate să fie extinsă pentru întreaga perioadă a anului 2021, a menționat autorul proiectului.
