Facilitățile fiscale pentru proiectele de asistenţă investiţională în derulare

Proiectele de asistenţă investiţională finanţate din contul împrumuturilor acordate Guvernului sau acordate cu garanţie de stat, din contul împrumuturilor acordate de organismele financiare internaţionale (inclusiv din cota-parte a Guvernului) care, la data de 1 ianuarie 2021, se află în stadiu de derulare, beneficiază de facilităţile fiscale şi vamale aplicate, potrivit cadrului legislativ, la data de 31 decembrie 2020.
 
Guvernul în ședința de astăzi, 12 februarie, a aprobat proiectul Hotărârii pentru modificarea HG nr.246/2010.

 

Documentul mai prevede completarea anexelor nr. 1 și nr. 2 (lista proiectelor de asistență tehnică și lista împrumuturilor și granturilor) din Hotărârea nr. 246/2010 cu încă 37 de proiecte care derulează în țara noastră, precum și excluderea altor 4 proiecte finalizate.

 

După cum a comunicat secretarul de stat al Ministerului Finanțelor, Tatiana Ivanicichina, scopul proiectului constă în actualizarea listei proiectelor de asistență externă în derulare care cad sub incidența tratatelor internaționale sau sunt acordate de organismele financiare internaționale și sunt eligibile pentru aplicarea facilităților fiscal și vamale, precum și alinierea la modificările operate în Codul fiscal prin Legea nr.257/2020.
