Ghidul practic MCC. Excepţii privind desfăşurarea activităţilor economice fără utilizarea MCC

Există o serie de activităţi al căror specific permite efectuarea încasărilor băneşti în numerar fără aplicarea MCC. Acestea, conform Hotărârii Guvernului nr.474 din 28 aprilie 1998. Ghidul practic MCC. Procurarea maşinii de casă şi control MCC sunt livrate de către furnizorii lor care îşi asumă responsabilitatea pentru plasarea MCC pe piaţa RM. Ei sunt obligaţi să asigure posibilitatea utilizării acestora pe perioada normală de funcţionare care nu va fi mai mică de 5 ani. Maşinile trebuie să fie însoţite de următoarele documente tehnice:
  • Cartea tehnică sau paşaportul
  • Registrul de evidenţă a serviciilor de asistenţă tehnică care conţine şi schema de aplicare a sigiliilor de protecţie
  • Instrucţiunile de folosire, instalare, exploatare şi întreţinere a maşinilor de casă şi control
Contribuabilul îşi stabileşte singur numărul de MCC necesare activităţii în unitatea structurală respectivă. Ghidul practic MCC. Înregistrarea maşinilor de casă şi control la Serviciul Fiscal de Stat În acest sens, contribuabilul depune o cerere la subdiviziunea SFS la care va prezenta:
  • copia de licenţă,
  • notificarea sau copia de funcţionare a unităţilor comerciale şi de prestare a serviciilor sociale sau de pe alt document ce atestă legatlitatea activităţii
  • copia de pe documentul ce atestă procurarea legală de pe piaţa internă
  • contractul privind asistenţa tehnică
  • cartea tehnică sau paşaportul
  • Registrul de evidenţă a serviciilor de asistenţă tehnică pentru MCC
  • Instrucţiunile de folosire, instalare, exploatare şi întreţinere
Contribuabilii care sunt înregistraţi în raza de deservire a subdiviziunilor SFS din municipiul Chişinău vor înregistra toate MCC în unităţile structurale amplasate în mun. Chişinău la subdiviziunea Serviciului Fiscal de Stat în a cărui rază teritorială îşi are sediul stabilit în documentele de constituire. Totodată, persoanele fizice care desfăşoară activităţi independente înregistrează MCC la subdiviziunile SFS în a cărui rază teritorială de deservire îşi are adresa de domiciliu.
