Indexarea și majorarea pensiilor în sumă fixă

De la 1 aprilie 2022 cuantumul pensiei minime pentru limită de vârstă ar putea constitui 2278,80 lei, iar cel al pensiei minime de dizabilitate:
1) în cazul unei dizabilități severe – 1709,10 lei;
2) în cazul unei dizabilități accentuate – 1595,16 lei;
3) în cazul unei dizabilități medii – 1139,40 lei.
 
Tot din 1 aprilie curent cuantumul pensiilor calculat în conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr. 156/1998 privind sistemul public de pensii se majorează în sumă fixă de 171,71 lei.

 

Prevederile sunt incluse în proiectul hotărârii de Guvern, elaborat și propus pentru consultări publice de Ministerul Muncii și Protecției Sociale.

 

În document este specificat și faptul că, prin derogare de la articolul 13 din Legea nr.156/1998 privind sistemul public de pensii, în cazul indexării din aprilie 2022 coeficientul de indexare se va aplica doar acelei părți din pensie care nu depășește salariul mediu lunar pe economie prognozat pentru anul 2022, care constituie 9900 lei.
