Lista persoanelor cu funcții de demnitate publică, extinsă

Derogările de la prevederile Legii nr.158/2008 cu privire la funcţia publică şi statutul
funcţionarului public au intrat în vigoare la 1 octombrie 2021. Acestea stabilesc că directorii Serviciului Fiscal de Stat și al Serviciului Vamal, care până la momentul de față au avut statutul de funcționari publici, obțin statutul de persoane cu funcție de demnitate publică.
 
În MO a fost publicată și a intrat în vigoare Legea nr.122 din 23 septembrie, prin care au fost operate modificări la art. 1323 din Codul fiscal, art. 6 din Legea nr.302/2017 cu privire la Serviciul Vamal și un șir de modificări în Legea 158/2008 cu privire la funcţia publică şi statutul funcţionarului public.

 

Astfel, numirea și eliberarea din funcție a directorilor Serviciului Fiscal de Stat și cel al Serviciului Vamal va fi efectuată de Guvern, la propunerea ministrului Finanțelor, ceea ce va consolida mecanismele administrative ale Guvernului în vederea asigurării unei bune desfășurări a activității sale în domeniul finanțelor publice și relațiilor fiscale și vamale, consideră autorii modificărilor.

 

Totodată, statutul de persoană cu funcție de demnitate publică va fi atribuit și secretarului general al aparatului președintelui RM și secretarului general al Parlamentului, în acest sens fiind completată Legea nr.199/2010.
