Modificări în Regulamentul privind rambursarea TVA
Potrivit documentului, solicitarea rambursării TVA se efectuează prin depunerea unei cereri, în care vor fi indicate codul fiscal, denumirea subiectului impozabil, sediul, contul bancar. De asemenea, beneficiarul va declara pe propria răspundere că pierderile producției agricole suportate, conform actelor de constatare, ca urmare a calamităților naturale produse în anul 2021, constituie peste 50%, indicând suprafața afectată și suprafața deținută.
Ordinul nr. 18/2021 intră în vigoare astăzi. Cu detalii despre modificările în Regulament vom reveni.
