Restabilirea soldului neutilizat de CEC în fondul de rezervă al Guvernului

Diferența dintre mijloacele financiare alocate de Executiv pentru desfășurarea alegerilor parlamentare anticipate din anul curent și cele executate de către Comisia Electorală Centrală va fi restabilită în fondul de rezervă al Guvernului în scopul utilizării acestor mijloace potrivit Regulamentului privind gestionarea fondurilor de urgenţă ale Guvernului, avându-se în vedere posibilitatea răspunderii  prompte la anumite necesităţi de finanţare în situaţii imprevizibile şi excepţionale, care survin pe parcursul anului bugetar.
 
Proiectul hotărârii de Guvern ce ține de modificarea HG nr.57/2021 și HG nr.105/2021 este propus pentru consultări publice de către Ministerul Finanțelor.

 

Astfel, din suma totală alocată (circa 92,47 mil. lei) au fost executate de CEC cheltuieli în volum de 84,5 mil. lei, soldul neutilizat de alocații constituind 7,92 mil. lei,  acesta urmând a fi restabilită în fondul de rezervă al Guvernului.

 

Potrivit notei proiectului, documentul prevede restabilirea sumei de 7788,1 mii lei (fără  soldurile de pe conturile CEC) în fondul de rezervă al Guvernului în scopul posibilității utilizării acestor mijloace financiare în conformitate cu HG RM nr.862/2015, iar până la finele anului curent CEC urmează să transfere în bugetul de stat soldurile mijloacelor bănești de pe conturile CEC în sumă de 137,8 mii lei.
