Legea nr.212/2023 prin care este aprobată politica fiscală pentru anul 2024, vine cu modificarea art.19, art. 20, art. 24 din Codul fiscal prin care va fi extinsă lista facilităţilor neimpozabile acordate de angajator salariaților începând cu 1 ianuarie 2024.
