Instrucțiunea privind evidența obligațiilor fiscale la buget a fost actualizată
În Monitorul Oficial din 18 aprilie curent a fost publicat Ordinul SFS nr. 227 din 14 aprilie 2025 cu privire la modificarea Instrucțiunii privind evidența obligațiilor fiscale la buget, aprobată prin Ordinul IFPS nr. 400/2014.
Astfel, anexa nr.2 „Lista tranzacțiilor utilizate în sistemul informațional automatizat „Contul curent al contribuabililor” a fost completată cu următoarele rânduri:
Ordinul a intrat în vigoare la data publicării.
Precizăm, Instrucţiunea privind evidența obligațiilor față de buget stabileşte modul de accesare şi generare a contului/conturilor contribuabilului, certificatelor și informațiilor privind lipsa sau existența restanțelor față de buget pentru subdiviziunile Serviciului Fiscal de Stat și pentru autoritățile publice, investite cu drepturi respective.
