Какие категории налогоплательщиков обязаны заполнять Журнал контрольно-кассового оборудования?
Налогоплательщики, использующие контрольно-кассовое оборудование, не подключенное к Автоматизированной информационной системе «Электронный мониторинг продаж» (далее – АИС «ЭМП»), обязаны вести отдельный журнал по каждому ККО – Журнал контрольно-кассового оборудования (далее - Журнал ККО), составленный вручную или в электронном виде. Приказом Государственной налоговой службой №492/2024 (Официальный монитор Республики Молдова, 2024, № 437-439, ст. 822), были внесены изменения в Приказ директора ГНС №632/2020, а именно – была изменена форма Журнала контрольно-кассового оборудования. Форма Журнала ККО установлена в Положении о регистрации и установке защитных пломб на контрольно-кассовое оборудование, утвержденном Приказом №632/2020 (Приложение № 4).
