Forma scrisă de examinare a cauzelor contravenţionale în instanţa de judecată
Prin Legea nr. 159 privind modificarea unor acte legislative din 12 octombrie 2018 a fost introdusă o nouă procedură de examinare a cauzelor contravenţionale în instanţele de judecată - procedura scrisă, care se aplică tuturor cauzelor contravenţionale a căror sancţiune prevede mărimea amenzii ce nu va depăși 300 de unităţi convenţionale (15 mii lei). Totodată, menționăm că procedura scrisă de examinare a cauzei contravenţionale în instanţa de judecată nu se aplică cauzelor contravenţionale, a căror sancţiune prevede privarea de anumite drepturi.
