Recunoașterea colegului de serviciu al agentului constatator în calitate de martor în procedura contravenţională
Cap. II, Titlul I al cărţii a doua din Codul contravenţional (CC) stabilește participanţii la procesul contravenţional: persoana în privinţa căreia a fost pornit procesul contravenţional; agentul constatator, procurorul; victima; martorul; specialistul; expertul; interpretul, traducătorul, apărătorul.
