Intentarea procedurii de insolvabilitate produce anumite efecte asupra raporturilor juridice în care se află debitorul insolvabil. Legiuitorul prevede că creanțele neajunse la scadență se consideră scadente din momentul intentării procesului de insolvabilitate (art. 45 alin.
