Tichetele de masă - opțiune pentru companiile care doresc să-și păstreze personalul stabil

Tichetele de masă reprezintă o opțiune pentru companiile care doresc să-și păstreze personalul stabil, în condiții de eficiență fiscală maximă. Instrumentul nou introdus prin Legea Nr. 166 din 21.09.2017 cu privire la tichetele de masă a trezit deopotrivă interesul businessului și angajaților din Republica Moldova. Deoarece introducerea tichetelor de masă, pe lângă oportunități certe pentru angajator, implică reguli noi de evidență contabilă și tratament fiscal, Publicația Periodică „Monitorul Fiscal FISC.MD” a decis crearea unei rubrici dedicate tichetelor de masă pe www.monitorul.fisc.md. În această rubrică, susținută de partenerul nostru compania Edenred MD, găsiți toate aspectele de care veți avea nevoie pentru a implementa acest instrument. Am selectat pentru Dumneavoastră o serie de materiale la acest subiect:
