DAF Buiucani- acţiuni de majorare a nivelului de disciplină fiscală
- au fost suspendate operațiunile la conturile bancare a 103 restanțieri, pe motivul neachitării la timp şi integral la BPN a obligațiunilor fiscale, şi înaintate 585 de ordine incaso, în sumă totală de 8264 mii lei, din care a fost încasată la buget suma de 5014,2 mii lei;
- au fost încasate mijloace băneşti din casieriile a 51 de agenţi economici, în sumă de 763,4 mii lei;
- au fost întocmite 28 de procese-verbale contravenţionale, conform prevederilor art.266 alin.3 din CC al RM, pentru neachitarea în termenul stabilit de legislație a primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală, cu aplicarea sancțiunilor corespunzătoare;
- în baza hotărârilor de executare silită, a fost aplicat sechestru la doi agenţi economici restanțieri, în sumă de 572,6 mii lei.
