Ghid video SIA „e-Factura” – Suport pentru contribuabili

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat vine cu un suport pentru agenții economici care, începând cu data de 1 iulie 2020, vor participa la operațiunile de achiziții publice prin utilizarea obligatorie a SIA „e-Factura”.
 
Sistemul „e-Factura” reprezintă o soluție informațională modernă, care înlocuiește mecanismul tradițional de eliberare și evidență a facturilor fiscale. Totodată, sistemul oferă posibilitatea de validare a facturilor fiscale electronice, a datelor utilizatorilor, precum și efectuează automat calculele. Aceste funcționalități contribuie la minimizarea riscurilor aferente documentării tranzacțiilor.

 

Pentru a facilita utilizarea serviciului, SFS, de comun cu IP CTIF, organizează online cursuri gratuite de instruire, în cadrul cărora contribuabililor le sunt prezentate noile funcționalități implementate și oferă posibilitatea adresării întrebărilor pe marginea acestora. Pentru înscrierea la cursurile de instruire este necesar de a completa Formularul.

 

Totodată, a fost realizat Ghidul video „e-Factura”, care descrie pașii de accesare a serviciului, de creare, semnare și expediere a facturilor fiscale, precum și întregul circuit a facturilor fiscale în cadrul SIA „e-Factura”. Serviciul Fiscal de Stat recomandă consultarea Ghidului video.

 

Reiterăm faptul că, pentru a obține acces la platforma de test a versiunii noi a sistemului lansată pentru perioada 01.06.2020-30.06.2020, este necesar expedierea la adresa de e-mail asistenta@ctif.gov.md  următoarele date: numele, prenumele utilizatorului și codul personal (IDNP), IDNO (codul fiscal al întreprinderii), Rolul dorit (contabil/director), adresa IP externă al calculatorului (verificată prin accesarea portalului 2ip.ru), numărul de telefon pentru contact (de dorit mobil). Accesul va fi oferit în decurs de 24 ore.
