SFS monitor

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat poate fi sesizat despre infracțiunile economice

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat efectuează, din 1 ianuarie 2021, urmărirea penală și activitatea specială de investigație pentru infracţiunile economice prevăzute la art.241–242, 244, 2441, 250–253 şi 3351 din Codul penal. Astfel, orice persoană fizică sau persoană juridică prin plângere, denunț sau autodenunț poate sesiza organul de urmărire penală al Serviciului Fiscal de Stat despre infracțiuni.
 
Sesizarea trebuie să conțină numele, prenumele, calitatea şi domiciliul petiţionarului, descrierea faptei care formează obiectul plângerii sau denunţului, indicarea făptuitorului dacă acesta este cunoscut şi a mijloacelor de probă, semnătura petiționarului.

 

Sesizarea poate fi depusă prin următoarele modalități:

  • prin poștă sau prin depunerea fizică la sediul SFS: mun.Chișinău, str.Constantin Tănase, nr.9
  • prin e-mail, la poșta electronică a SFS: mail@sfs.md, cu aplicarea semnăturii electronice sau mobile.

 

Menționăm că, la data de 9 octombrie 2020, în Monitorul Oficial al RM a fost publicată Legea nr. 188 din 11 septembrie 2020 pentru modificarea unor acte normative, Parlamentul intervenind cu modificări și completări la Codul de procedură penală, Codul fiscal, Legea privind activitatea specială de investigații, Legea privind statutul ofiţerului de urmărire penală și Codul contravențional.
