2. В чем состоит специфика оформления трудовых отношений с волонтерами? Волонтерство в рамках законодательства предполагает добровольную и безвозмездную деятельность лица в форме выполнения работ или оказания услуг в целях пользы обществу. Выполнение договорных обязательств волонтера не может осуществляться через его представителей. Неправительственные организации (НПО), занимающиеся волонтерством, участвуют в реализации политик стимулирования и развития волонтерства путем распоряжения волонтерскими предложениями и базами данных, содержащими сведения о предложениях и заявках на волонтерство в неправительственном секторе. При этом каждый волонтер вправе располагать временем на отдых таким образом, чтобы продолжительность рабочего времени не влияла на его здоровье, физическое и психологическое состояние.
