8. (39.1) Care sunt impozitele și plățile care urmează să se calculeze și achite de către angajatorii din domeniul transportului rutier de persoane în regim de taxi pentru angajații conducător auto ce efectuează transport rutier de persoane în regim de tax

Сonform alin.(1) art.881 din Codul fiscal (în vigoare de la 1 octombrie 2018), prin derogare de la prevederile art.15 și art.88 din Codul fiscal, angajatorii din domeniul transportului rutier de persoane în regim de taxi care plătesc angajatului conducător auto ce efectuează transport rutier de persoane în regim de taxi salariu (inclusiv primele și facilitățile acordate) sunt obligați să calculeze şi să achite la buget un impozit pe venit în mărime fixă de 500 de lei lunar pentru fiecare angajat din venitul ce nu depășește 10000 de lei pe lună. Pentru alte categorii de angajați decît cea specificată la alin.(1) se aplică regimul fiscal aferent impozitului pe venit din salariu în modul general prevăzut la art.88 din Codul fiscal. Concomitent, angajatorii din domeniul transportului rutier de persoane în regim de taxi au obligația lunară de calculare și achitare pentru angajații conducători auto ce efectuează transport rutier de pasageri în regim de taxi a:
  • contribuției individuale de asigurări sociale care nu poate fi mai mică decât 1/12 parte din suma contribuției stabilite în mărime fixă prin Legea bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat pentru anul de gestiune;
  • primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală care nu poate fi mai mică decât 1/12 parte din suma primei stabilite în sumă fixă prin Legea fondurilor asigurării de asistență medicală pentru anul de gestiune
