Cu privire la obligația de transfer a impozitului pe venit
În procesul controlului fiscal al corectitudinii calculării impozitului pe venitul persoanei fizice, suplimentar s-au calculat 342 lei impozit pe venitul sub formă de salariu. De asemenea, trebuie să achit încă 102 lei amendă și 23 lei majorare de întârziere. În total 467 lei, dar trebuie să achit foarte repede, deoarece mi s-a spus că în caz contrar obligația de recuperare a datoriei la buget va fi transmisă executorului judecătoresc. Dar eu am numai venit din salariu, la două întreprinderi, iar de reținerea impozitului pe venit sunt responsabili contab...
