Об условиях возмещения НДС по приобретению оборудования в связи с техническим переоснащением производства
Можем ли мы получить возмещение НДС по приобретению оборудования в связи с техническим переоснащением производства (в размере до 500 000 леев)? Согласно п. 18) ст. 93 НК, капитальные инвестиции (затраты) – это затраты, осуществленные хозяйствующими субъектами в связи с приобретением и/или созданием долгосрочных активов, предназначенных для использования в процессе производства (оказания услуг/ выполнения работ), не относимые на результаты текущего периода, но подлежащие отнесению на увеличение стоимости долгосрочных активов. Порядок возмещение НДС по капитальным инвестициям (затратам) установлен в ст. 1011 НК и ПП № 93 от 1 февраля 2013 г. о возмещении налога на добавленную стоимость. Согласно ч.
