Este omul care verifică minuțios fiecare informație și se documentează mult pînă la etapa de a oferi un răspuns fără ambiguități.
Cu o experiență de peste 20 ani în cadrul Serviciului Fiscal de Stat, este mereu gata să ajute cu suport informațional fiecare contribuabil. Ediția „Codul fiscal” nu lipsește niciodată de pe masa ei de lucru și îl consultă zilnic, conștientă fiind de responsabilitatea pe care o poartă pentru răspunsurile oferite la întrebările adresate.
A absolvit Academia Interregională de administrare a personalului Ukraina, filiala Tiraspol, în anul 2012 și Universitatea de Stat din Moldova, facultatea Management, în anul 2024.
