Registrul cauzelor de insolvabilitate
Prin Legea nr. 141/2020 au fost promovate amendamente la Legea insolvabilității nr. 149/2012, inclusiv în partea ce ține de registrul cauzelor de insolvabilitate. Astfel, conform prevederilor art. 250 din Legea insolvabilității, Registrul cauzelor de insolvabilitate este ţinut în conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr.71/2007 cu privire la registre.
