Se apropie termenul-limită de depunere a declarației de avere și interese personale
Autoritatea Națională de Integritate reamintește că la data de 31 martie expiră termenul- limită pentru depunerea declarațiilor de avere și interese personale anuale.
Conform ANI, subiectul declarării este obligat să depună declarația anuală prin intermediul serviciului electronic disponibil pe pagina web oficială a Autorității Naționale de Integritate, semnând-o în formă electronică, prin utilizarea semnăturii electronice în conformitate cu Legea nr. 133 din 17 iunie 2016 privind declararea averii și intereselor personale.
Nerespectarea acestor prevederi legale specificate în art.23 alin. (9) – nedepunerea declarației de avere, precum și refuzul subiecților declarării de a depune declarația, constituie temeiuri pentru încetarea mandatului său, a raporturilor sale de muncă sau de serviciu.
