Снижение порога соответствия для возмещения НДС
Согласно Закона о Программе возмещения НДС для сельскохозяйственных производителей № 337 от 02.12.2022 года, целью закона является поддержка сельскохозяйственных производителей посредством учреждения Программы возмещения налога на добавленную стоимость для сельскохозяйственных производителей (далее – Программа возмещения НДС), что, согласно законодательной инициативы, послужит основанием для снижения негативного воздействия стихийных бедствий, роста цен на сырье и международной логистики на экономических агентов в сфере сельского хозяйства и пищевой промышленности. В тоже время, законом четко регламентировано, что предприятиями, имеющими право на участие в Программе возмещения НДС, считаются предприятия для которых не менее 95% деятельности, осуществляемой на протяжении 2022 года, – в случае обращения за возмещением НДС за период, установленный пунктом а) статьи 6, или на протяжении 2023 года – в случае обращения за возмещением НДС за период, установл...
