О порядке ведения учета расходов судебного исполнителя в случае исполнения документов, направленных налоговым органом
Судебный исполнитель осуществляет свою деятельность в округе территориальной палаты Союза судебных исполнителей Республики Молдова. Судебный исполнитель зарегистрирован как налогоплательщик, ведет учет доходов и уплачивает налоги и сборы, предусмотренные законодательством. Периодически налоговый орган и/или уполномоченные органы передают исполнительные документы, для того чтобы судебный исполнитель довел их до выполнения, согласно компетенции. В связи с этим возникает вопрос: каков порядок ведения учета расходов судебного исполнителя в случае исполнения документов, направленных налоговым органом? Рассмотрим законодательство по данному вопросу. Так, в соответствии с ч. (1) ст. 2 Закона о судебных исполнителях № 113 от 17 июня 2010 г.
