Учет нерабочих праздничных дней в периоде отпуска за свой счёт: разъяснение по ситуации
Сотрудник предприятия подал заявление и получил отпуск за свой счёт (неоплачиваемый отпуск) с 25 августа по 21 сентября 2025 года включительно. В данный период попадают две официальные нерабочие праздничные даты — 27 августа (День Независимости Республики Молдова) и 31 августа (праздник “День румынского языка”). Данная ситуация поднимает ряд вопросов, на которые необходимо дать правовую оценку: 1. Учитываются ли 27 и 31 августа при расчете календарных дней отпуска за свой счёт как нерабочие праздничные дни? Согласно ст. 120 Трудового кодекса Республики Молдова, отпуск без сохранения заработной платы (отпуск за свой счёт) предоставляется в календарных днях, и включает в себя как рабочие, так и нерабочие дни, включая праздничные.
