Este cunoscut faptul că, începând cu anul 2024, entitățile care au avut tranzacții atât locale, cât și transfrontaliere efectuate cu persoanele afiliate, sunt obligate să întocmească și să prezinte informația privind prețurile de transfer, precum și dosarul prețului de transfer. În acest sens P.P. „Monitorul Fiscal FISC.md”, organizează webinar cu genericul: „Prețurile de Transfer: Transpunerea în practică a reglementărilor”. În cadrul webinarului vor fi puse în discuții următoarele subiecte:
- Aspectele ce țin de pregătirea Informației privind prețuri de transfer;
- Etapele principale în pregătirea documentației de prețuri de transfer;
- Acord de preț în avans – legislația și aplicarea practică etc.
