P.P. Monitorul fiscal FISC.md organizează un webinar cu genericul „Taxa pentru poluarea mediului în contextul ultimelor modificări legislative (POLMED23)”, unde vor fi puse în discuție următoarele subiecte:

  •         Conceptul de Responsabilitate extinsă a producătorilor în contextul aplicării Taxei pentru poluarea mediului;
  •         Determinarea subiecților și a obligațiilor aferente taxei pentru poluarea mediului;
  •          Modul de completare a declarației POLMED23;
  •          Prevederi din proiectul ce urmează să modifice Legea nr.1540/1998 privind taxa pentru poluarea mediului, determinarea noilor subiecți și obiecte impozabile cu taxă.
