30 decembrie 2024 - ultima zi operațională pentru încasări și plăți bugetare

În anul curent, ultima zi operațională pentru încasări și plăți bugetare este data de 30 decembrie 2024, anunță Serviciul Fiscal de Stat. În ultima zi lucrătoare a anului bugetar nu se efectuează operaţiuni de încasări şi plăţi, ci doar operaţiuni interne şi de încheiere a anului bugetar.


Astfel, în vederea evitării situațiilor imprevizibile, autoritatea fiscală recomandă efectuarea plăților la bugetul public național în anul 2024 până la 30 decembrie 2024.


Toate plățile bugetare recepționate de către prestatorii de servicii de plată pe parcursul zilei operaționale de 30 decembrie 2024, urmează a fi transferate după destinație în aceeași zi.


Totodată, autoritatea fiscală atenționează contribuabilii că termenul limită de prezentare a documentelor de plată pentru restituirea și trecerea în contul altor plăți a sumelor achitate în plus sau incorect de către contribuabili este data de 26 decembrie 2024.
 

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat recomandă contribuabililor să se conformeze prevederilor legislației și să transfere plățile ce constituie încasări bugetare până la data indicată.
