Indexarea contractelor de achiziții publice: aspecte practice
Potrivit art. 76 alin. (4) din Legea nr. 131/2015 privind achizițiile publice, în cazul contractelor de achiziţii publice cu executare continuă încheiate pe un termen mai mare de un an, se permite ajustarea periodică a valorii contractului, conform procedurii stabilite de Guvern, luând în considerare schimbarea preţurilor la componentele preţului de cost al bunurilor, lucrărilor sau serviciilor care fac obiectul contractului.
