Procopie Duca: Reforma administrării fiscale
Din momentul înfiinţării şi pînă în prezent, Serviciul Fiscal de Stat al Republicii Moldova a trecut prin mai multe etape de dezvoltare şi de modernizare a proceselor şi procedurilor de administrare fiscală, pentru a ţine pasul cu dezvoltarea continuă şi rapidă a mediului de afaceri. În perioada anilor 2006 – 2010, administrarea fiscală a RM, confruntîndu-se cu noi cerinţe şi probleme de ordin structural, organizatoric, financiar şi informaţional, a reuşit totuşi, în baza unui efort unit al angajaţilor săi, precum şi prin adeziunea acestora la interesele comune ale instituţiei, să înregistreze schimbări pozitive în ceea ce priveşte promovarea obiectivelor principale ale reformei de modernizare fiscală.
