Organizaţie de microfinanţare
Articolul 3. Noţiuni principale
În sensul prezentei legi, se utilizează următoarele noţiuni principale:
organizaţie de microfinanţare — persoană juridică a cărei activitate de bază o constituie activitatea de microfinanţare;
activitate de microfinanţare — activitate de prestare a serviciilor de microfinanţare prevăzute în prezenta lege;
împrumut — împrumut în formă de mijloace băneşti, acordat de către organizaţia de microfinanţare persoanelor fizice şi/sau întreprinderilor micro, mici şi mijlocii, în baza unui contract cu sau fără dobîndă, ce urmează a fi restituit la scadenţă
