Comercializarea bunurilor confiscate: 31 mai, ora 11.00!
Serviciul Fiscal de Stat propune spre comercializare agenţilor economici, care îşi desfăşoară activitatea în domeniul comerţului şi producerii, diverse bunuri confiscate, în conformitate cu Regulamentul cu privire la modul de evidenţă, evaluare şi vânzare a bunurilor confiscate, fără stăpân, sechestrate uşor alterabile sau cu termen de păstrare limitat, a corpurilor delicte şi a bunurilor trecute în posesia statului cu drept de succesiune şi a comorilor, aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 972 din 11.09.2001.
Astfel, pentru vineri, 31 mai curent, începând cu ora 11.00, sunt anunțate concursuri de comercializare a bunurilor confiscate. Detalii despre bunurile ce urmează a fi comercializate aici.
La concurs pot participa agenții economici înregistrați în Republica Moldova, care dispun de rețea comercială, unități de producere sau de depozitare.
Cererile de participare vor fi prezentate Serviciului Fiscal de Stat până la data de 31 mai 2024, ora 9-00. La cerere urmează de prezentat următoarele documente:
- Documentele de constituire;
- În caz de necesitate, licența care atestă dreptul de a practica un anumit gen de activitate;
- Ofertă în scris, autentificată prin semnătura conducătorului, plasată într-un plic sigilat, cu indicare pe plic a cuvântului ”CONCURS”. Oferta va conține prețul de comercializare a bunurilor confiscate, comisionul solicitat pentru serviciile de consignație și termenele de achitare la buget a sumelor aferente.
IMPORTANT! Serviciul Fiscal de Stat nu postează anunțuri privind comercializarea bunurilor confiscate pe rețelele de socializare.
