Алексей Сокиркэ: Об изменении Законом № 64 от 11 апреля 2014 г. статьи 254 Налогового кодекса
Статья 254 НК № 1163-XIII от 24 апреля 1997 г. была основательно переработана Законом № 324 от 23 декабря 2013 г. о внесении изменений и дополнений в некоторые законодательные акты (МО Республики Молдова, 31 декабря 2013 г., № 320-321, ст. 871), и новая формулировка статьи введена в действие с 1 января 2014 г. Нынешние изменения и дополнения, внесённые Законом № 64 от 11 апреля 2014 г. о внесении изменений и дополнений в некоторые законодательные акты (МО Республики Молдова, 9 мая 2014 г., № 110-114, ст. 286), касающиеся уменьшения сумм штрафов, налагаемых за различные нарушения в области наличных расчётов с использованием контрольно-кассовых машин с фискальной памятью, вступили в силу 9 мая 2014 года.
