Территориальные ГНИ Управление крупных налогоплательщиков Главная государственная налоговая инспекция, со ссылкой на некоторые аспекты, касающиеся администрирования сбора за воду, для информирования и использования в работе, сообщает следующее. В соответствии с положениями ст. 303 Налогового кодекса, объектом налогообложения по сбору за воду является: объем воды, добытой из водного фонда, за исключением объема добытой воды, не облагаемого сбором за воду; объем воды, используемой гидроцентралями . В соответствии с положениями ст. 306 Налогового кодекса, сбор не взимается за: воду, добытую из недр попутно с добычей полезных ископаемых или в целях предупреждения (ликвидации) вредного воздействия этих вод; воду, добытую и поставленную населению, публичным органам и органам, финансируемым из средств бюджетов всех уровней; воду, добытую для тушения пожаров или поданную в этих целях; воду, добытую предприятиями обществ слеп...
